1. Who We Are
InsightValues is a business intelligence platform that helps entrepreneurs and business owners analyze market opportunities, manage projects, and make data-informed decisions through AI-assisted tools.
Note: InsightValues is currently operated by an individual operator. A formal legal entity and jurisdiction will be defined and this policy updated accordingly.
This Privacy Policy applies to the InsightValues mobile application (“App”) and the website at insightvalues.com (“Site”).
2. Scope
This policy applies when you create an account and use the InsightValues App or Site, contact us for support, or browse insightvalues.com. It does not apply to linked third-party websites.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
When you register: email address (required for authentication) and authentication method (email/password or Google). We do not require a name.
3.2 Subscription and Billing
If you subscribe to PRO: your email address is shared with Stripe to create a billing record, and your subscription status and plan are stored to control feature access. We do not collect or store payment card numbers, CVV, or bank data — payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
3.3 User-Created Content
When you use InsightValues features, you create content we store on your behalf: project data, personas, Knowledge Vault items (text, documents, files), content items, calendar entries, campaigns, market intelligence inputs, website analysis requests, and business memory derived from IVE usage.
3.4 IVE Conversation Data
When you use the IVE Context Copilot, we store conversation session metadata and the messages exchanged. This data is used to provide the IVE feature and is not used for advertising.
3.5 Technical and Usage Data
We collect limited technical data: server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, errors — maintained by Supabase), owner-initiated diagnostic events (not automatic user analytics), and your language preference (stored locally and synced to your profile).
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). We do not track your behavior for advertising purposes.
3.6 Files and Uploads
Files uploaded to the Knowledge Vault are stored in Supabase Storage, processed server-side by AI functions (via Groq) to extract insights, and associated with your account.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service — authenticate, run features, store your data
- Process payments — manage subscriptions via Stripe
- AI-powered analysis — send content you provide to AI functions (Groq, server-side) to generate insights and recommendations
- Personalize your experience — language preference and business context for the IVE assistant
- Communicate — respond to support requests at suporte@insightvalues.com
- Maintain security — detect and prevent fraud or abuse
5. AI Processing
InsightValues uses AI language models (Groq) to power features including market intelligence analysis, website analysis, knowledge extraction, content improvement, Context Copilot conversations, and opportunity/action generation.
Important: AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information and are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. They are not professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). Content you provide is sent to Groq server-side when you use AI features. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with advertisers.

7. Data Retention
Account data: retained until you request account deletion. User-created content: retained until you delete it or request account deletion. Billing records: Stripe retains per their policy. Server logs: per Supabase’s policy (generally 30–90 days).
8. Account Deletion
A self-service account deletion feature is not yet available within the app. To request deletion, contact suporte@insightvalues.com with subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will delete your account, associated data, and request subscription cancellation from Stripe.
9. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). Supabase provides encrypted database storage. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data. API keys and secrets are stored server-side only. Stripe’s certified processing handles card data — we never see it. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
10. International Data Transfers
We use service providers based primarily in the United States (Supabase, Stripe, Groq). Your data may be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
11. Children and Minors
InsightValues is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. Contact suporte@insightvalues.com if you believe a minor has provided us with personal information.
12. Cookies and Web Technologies
Mobile App: The app does not use browser cookies. It uses device local storage to store language preference. Website: The insightvalues.com website may use cookies for standard WordPress functionality — see the cookie consent manager for details.
13. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and data portability regarding your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact suporte@insightvalues.com.
14. Experimental and Lab Features
Quant Lab (financial analysis, admin-only), Impact Lab (evidence organization, admin-only), and Strategy Lab are in active development. Data processed through these features is subject to the same privacy practices described in this policy.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
