1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using the InsightValues application (“App”) or website at insightvalues.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use InsightValues.
2. Who We Are
InsightValues (“InsightValues,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a business intelligence platform that helps entrepreneurs and business owners analyze market opportunities, manage projects, and make data-informed decisions through AI-assisted tools.
Note: InsightValues is currently operated by an individual operator. A formal legal entity name and registration have not been established. The owner must define the legal entity and update this section.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use InsightValues. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. InsightValues is not intended for use by minors.
4. Account
4.1 Account Creation
To use InsightValues, you must create an account using a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it current.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4.3 One Account Per User
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent any limits, suspensions, or restrictions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use InsightValues only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing on third-party rights
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the service’s source code
- Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process
6. User Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to InsightValues. By using the service, you grant InsightValues a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service.
6.2 Our Content
InsightValues, its name, brand, interface, and all original features are owned by or licensed to InsightValues. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
6.3 AI-Generated Outputs
AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and content produced by InsightValues features are provided for your use as part of the service. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any AI-generated output.
7. AI-Assisted Features — Limitations and Disclaimers
InsightValues uses AI language models to power analytical and content features (“IVE” — InsightValues Engine). By using these features, you acknowledge:
7.1 AI Output Limitations
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be correct
- AI outputs may not reflect the most recent market conditions, news, or developments
- You must independently verify any AI output before acting on it
7.2 Not Professional Advice
InsightValues and its AI features do not provide financial or investment advice, legal advice, medical or health advice, accounting or tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. AI-generated content is for informational and analytical purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for advice in regulated fields.
8. Market Intelligence and Business Analytics Disclaimer
The Market Intelligence, Website Analyzer, and related analytical features provide data-driven insights to assist your business decision-making. These features analyze publicly available or user-provided information, generate estimates and probability assessments (not guarantees), may contain errors or omissions, and do not constitute market research certification. InsightValues does not guarantee any specific business outcomes.
9. Quant Lab — Financial Analysis Disclaimer
The Quant Lab feature is currently available only to administrator users and is not publicly released.
When and if Quant Lab becomes publicly available: Quant Lab provides educational and analytical tools for financial data analysis only. Quant Lab is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, or dealer. Nothing in Quant Lab constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other financial instrument. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any simulations, backtests, or hypothetical scenarios are for educational purposes only and do not represent actual or achievable returns. InsightValues is not regulated as a financial services firm. No live trading or brokerage execution is provided by InsightValues.
10. Impact Lab — Evidence Organization Disclaimer
The Impact Lab feature is currently available only to administrator users and is not publicly released.
When and if Impact Lab becomes publicly available: it provides tools to organize, research, and analyze evidence from public or user-provided sources. Organizing evidence does not establish or guarantee factual certainty. The quality and accuracy of evidence depends on its source. Conflicting evidence remains unresolved — Impact Lab does not adjudicate facts. You must exercise your own judgment when interpreting organized evidence. Impact Lab must not be used for defamatory purposes or any activity that violates applicable law.
10b. Strategy Lab — Business Strategy Disclaimer
The Strategy Lab feature provides tools for strategy building, scenario simulation, and planning. By using Strategy Lab, you acknowledge:
- Strategy Lab provides informational and analytical frameworks for business planning only
- Strategy Lab outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, assumptions, or omissions
- Strategy Lab does not constitute business, financial, legal, or professional consulting advice
- Strategic recommendations are hypothetical and depend on inputs you provide — they do not guarantee business outcomes
- You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on Strategy Lab outputs
11. Subscription and Billing
11.1 Plans
InsightValues offers a free tier and a paid PRO plan. Plan features and limits are described in the app.
11.2 Payment
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
11.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to PRO features until the end of the period you have paid for.
11.4 Refunds
A refund policy has not been formally defined. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact suporte@insightvalues.com.
11.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price changes affecting your current subscription.
12. Free Tier Limits
The free tier is subject to usage limits as defined in the app. InsightValues reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time.
13. Third-Party Services
InsightValues integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Groq, Google). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third parties’ terms of service and privacy policies. InsightValues is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
14. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of InsightValues but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without notice.
15. Experimental Features
InsightValues may offer experimental or beta features. These features may be changed, limited, or removed at any time without notice and are provided “as is” without warranty.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
InsightValues may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or fail to pay for a paid subscription. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion provisions. You may request deletion of your account by contacting suporte@insightvalues.com.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. INSIGHTVALUES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSIGHTVALUES AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INSIGHTVALUES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsightValues and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law and dispute resolution venue depend on the legal entity and jurisdiction of InsightValues’ operator. Until defined, any dispute will be resolved by good-faith negotiation or, failing that, by the courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
